How work moves from ask to delivered
The team delivery flow is the pipeline every piece of work passes through, from a request to a verified deliverable.
The flow:
- Chris opens a request: a task, a link, or an idea.
- Atlas writes a bounded brief with the objective, context, and file paths.
- A Kanban dispatch assigns the brief to the right team lane with explicit limits.
- The lane worker executes the brief and produces a file plus a summary.
- A QA + blind-spot pass does a fresh adversarial review. Builder self-reports do not count.
- Chris approves before release; publish, spend, and contact are hard stops.
Every deliverable crosses a verification gate, which is why the output can be trusted without Chris reviewing everything himself.
Bounded context
- • Each worker receives only its objective, relevant state, and allowed paths
- • No worker scans the full vault
Fresh gate
- • QA and blind-spot run on every substantive deliverable
- • Findings return to the worker until the gate approves
Nothing goes live without Chris
- • Publish, spend, and client contact are hard stops
- • Chris posts social content himself
